The Summer BBQ provides CASE members with an opportunity to get together on a very informal basis.

One of our primary social events is the Christmas Party. In addition, we have a January Supper to kick of the New Year.

Join Us

Membership is available to anyone interested in a heart-health program and its associated activities, but people who join are most often those who have had a cardiac incident or surgery. CASE encourages participation by spouses and significant others in our social and educational events.
